The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Refunds will not be issued for:
Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to our error)
Items marked as final sale
Digital products or gift cards
Refund requests made after 14 days
Items must be returned and inspected before a refund is approved.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
