  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
